2008 RBC Canadian Open
After two successful weeks on the Canadian Tour where I moved into the top 7 on the money list, I will now be headed to Glen Abbey for the RBC Canadian Open this week. I received a phone call last night in the Winnipeg airport from the Tournament Director Bill Paul telling me I was awarded the last spot given to the Canadian Tour to play this week. Obviously I'm thrilled to be back playing this year in the Canadian Open and I feel I'm a definitely more prepared for everything that surrounds the event then I was last year. This will be my second PGA Tour Event this season and I feel more experienced with each event. For more info you can check out the the Canadian Open website at www.rbccanadianopen.ca.

Andrew Parr, of London, Ontario is a graduate of Texas A&M in business administration. He grew up playing the Greenhills Golf Club in London and, later, the London Hunt and Country Club, which has played an important role in Canadian golf. He also plays the challenging and exclusive Redtail Golf Course in nearby Port Stanley.
Parr was on the RCGA team that finished second in 2007 in the World Amateur in South Africa.
